Terms of service

The ground rules for this site, our free tools and our paid engagements, in plain language.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of agisearchlabs.com, including the free instant AI check and the free Agent Blindness Report. The site is operated by Grecu Digital ("AGI Search Labs", "we"). Paid engagements are also covered by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

The website and free tools

  • The instant AI check and the free Agent Blindness Report are provided "as is", for information only. They reflect what we could observe at the time. AI assistants change their answers often, so results may differ from one day to the next.
  • Only check websites you own or are authorized to evaluate. Don't use the checker to overload, probe or scrape other sites. We may rate-limit or block misuse.
  • Figures such as the Agent Visibility Score, share of voice and "pipeline at risk" are estimates based on stated assumptions. They are not financial forecasts or guarantees.

Paid services

  • Scope: what we deliver each month is set out in your plan and statement of work.
  • Fees and term: plans are billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars. Engagements start with a 3-month initial term, then continue month-to-month until either side gives 30 days' written notice.
  • Payment: invoices are due within 15 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
  • Your responsibilities: you give us timely access to the systems, approvals and information we need. You also confirm that content you approve for publication is accurate and meets any regulatory rules that apply to your industry.

No guaranteed placement

No one controls how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews or any other AI system chooses its answers. We work to improve how these systems access, understand and cite your company. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, citation, traffic level or revenue outcome.

Intellectual property

Once you've paid the related fees, you own the content and deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates and know-how, and we grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables. We may describe you as a client in general terms only with your permission.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. For the free tools, our total liability is limited to US$100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
